HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Choose the item you wish to purchase, select the size and click on 'buy'. 

If you want to add more items to your cart, click on 'continue shopping'.  When the shopping cart is in accordance with what you want to buy, click on 'check out'. 

 

In the next step you should choose whether you want to finish as a guest or as a registered customer, and click continue. We will ask you to fill in the data for the submission. (We advise you to take care when entering the correct address, valid email address and contact). 

 

When you are satisfied with your order, simply complete your purchase. 

 

After completion, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of the order with the necessary information. 

 

After the payment is confirmed, you only have to wait for the order to be delivered to the indicated address. 


 

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order you have to register on the site (name, e-mail, address and phone number). This provides more security for both the customer and the company. It's a simple process and makes the ordering process more practical in the future as it gives you access to your track your order history as a customer.

 

HOW TO PAY?

- Credit Card and Paypal.

 

Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also use the simpler, faster and more secure Paypal System to make an online payment.


 

WHY MIGHT MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUSED?

 

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

 

- The card is expired. Check the expiration date of your card.

 

- The card limit has been reached. Check with your bank whether the card has exceeded the amount allowed to make your purchase(s).

 

- The data entered is not correct. Confirm that you have correctly completed all the required fields.

 

- The 3DS system may not be active, please consult your bank.

 

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes, data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment with credit and debit cards you need to enter the Card Verification Value (CVV), a code printed on the card that is used as a security measure in e-commerce transactions.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PAY?

When placing an order you have 24 hours to make the payment. When this time passed, the order is canceled.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are shipped through a service provided by a carrier and delivered by hand (CTT Express). Each shipment is accompanied by a tracking code. The invoice will be sent to the email address associated with the Brands Co Store account. 

 

Deliveries are made on weekdays, between 9h00 and 19h00, at the address indicated in the order, if no one is at home the carrier leaves a voucher with information for the customer to contact it and schedule the delivery.

 

 Unless the products are unavailable or other possible causes of force majeure, the goods will be delivered within the following time limits:

- Delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days for Portugal mainland, and between 5 to 10 business days for the Azores and Madeira, and the rest of Europe. 

 

The shipping costs will be automatically calculated by the system, however we inform that this time will start counting after the payment confirmation.

 

Note: Delivery times are indicative and therefore are considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses, other unforeseen circumstances).

 

If you haven´t received the order within the indicated deadlines, an investigation will be made to the services of the shipping company, which may take a few days. The customer should immediately contact the Brands Co Store customer support service  and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order has to be verified and confirmed. 

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

We are not responsible for any customs or other expenses not directly attributable.

 

 

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

The shipping costs range from between €3.40 to € 47.30. For purchases over €70 shipping costs are free. To see the shipping cost table and the expected delivery time.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCTS?

Yes you can. If you have made an online purchase, you have 30 days counted from the invoice date and you can make exchanges in two ways:

 

1, Through the online store, you have to fill in a return form CLICK HERE and send the articles, IDENTIFIED WITH NAME AND ORDER to Rua Sacadura Cabral 40, 2765-551 São Pedro do Estoril.

 

After receiving the articles, your process will be treated briefly considering the choice made on the form. The estimated resolution time may take up to 10 week days. When you return the items and you choose the money refund option, the order amount will be reimbursed, the same way that you made the payment

 

Note: In online exchanges, the shipping costs are your full responsibility and you must pack the articles to be exchanged in a condition similar to the one that was delivered to you.

 

So, you must fill out the form available, pack and send the article(s) filling in all fields correctly. If the choice is to exchange for the same article/size, the shipping costs (Company-Customer), courtesy, are supported by Brands Co Store. 


 

2, Through the physical stores, you can go to one of our stores, accompanied by the invoice and the article in its original state and you can request the exchange.

 

In physical store no refunds are made, you can only make the exchange of size or for other items.

 

CAN I RETURN ARTICLES?

Yes, if you have made an online purchase and are not satisfied, either for esthetical reason or size reason, you can return the article(s) based on the above mentioned question (exchanges).

If the return is related to a possible article imperfection, you must request support on the warranty basis. For this there is only one way, through the online store, you have to fill out the return form CLICK HERE, attach it to the article and send to Rua Sacadura Cabral 40, 2765-551 São Pedro do Estoril.

 

CAN I BE REFUNDED?

Yes, if you have made an online purchase and the article(s) ordered do not match your expectations or if there are no stocks to fulfill  your order, the first alternative we offer you is the possibility of making an exchange, generating a DISCOUNT CODE. 

 

If you do not accept this alternative we are happy to start the refund process. In order to obtain the refund you can simply choose that option on the return form and the money will be returned in the same way that you paid (this option is only valid for the online store). Money back may take up to 15 business days. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.

 

Note: The value of shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded as they are expenses outside the scope of the service purchased.


 

DISCOUNT CODES? HOW DOES IT WORK?

The discount codes are generated for refunds or promotions that you can enter before finishing the order, in the field "Use your promotion code here" and click apply coupon. The discount is made automatically.

FORMAL COMPLAINS

If you wish to present a formal complaint about products purchased Online, an independent Conflict Resolution platform is available.

 

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the settlement of consumer disputes Online (RLL Regulation),companies should inform consumers of the existence of the RLL platform, if they are adherents or are required to have recourse to one or more Alternative Dispute Resolution entities.
