3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs appear in the shopping cart. The cost will depend on the products and the shipping address.
Shipping costs vary from € 2.30 to €44.40, depending on the products, quantity, mode of transport and shipping address.
4. DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 13:00 and products in stock will be shipped on the day.
The delivery times are as follows:
- Portugal / Spain: 1-2 business days - Europe: 3-15 business days
- Rest of the world: between 10 to 30 days.
If for any reason the delivery time is longer than the default, Brands Co will notify the customer within 48 hours after the order was made, giving the customers the opportunity to cancel their order and get a full refund.
Brands Co. is responsible for the arrival of the products in good condition at their final destination. In case of damage, the customer must notify Brands Co. as soon as possible by email to email@example.com describing the damage. We recommend illustrating the damage by the use of photos to enable us to make relevant claims with the shipping company responsible for the damage.
6. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Through our "Real Time Stock" slogan, we are committed to providing accurate and up-to-date information on product availability. Product availability is updated in real time based on sales orders and goods revenue.
If, due to an error on our part, the product is out of stock, an automatic email will be sent upon order completion to inform the customer. Subsequently, Brands Co will contact the customer to confirm the delivery time, leaving the customer the option to confirm or cancel their order.

8. RETURNS AND GUARANTEE SATISFACTION OR REFUND
The deadline to return an item is thirty (30) natural days from the date of receipt of the product (s), entitling you to a full refund. This means that Brands Co will refund the quantity of items returned. For discounted products, this period is fifteen (15) days. The item must be returned in perfect condition, with first name, last name and order number to the following address:

After verifying the good condition of the returned products, Brands Co. will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase.
The "Free Return" offer is valid for orders paid by Paypal and for customers who have activated the service on their Paypal account at the following address: https://www.paypal.com/gb/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
Paypal will refund the cost of returns in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Paypal return refund service.
If a product is returned due to a Brands Co Store error, the return cost will be paid by the Brands Co Store. Custom products, such as surfboards, must be paid at the time of order and may be returned only in the case of manufacturing defect or non-compliance.
9. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Brands Co will warrant compliance defects that appear within 1 year of delivery of the product. The customer will have to inform Brands Co by email, describing the defect and illustrate it by the use of images.
Defective products will be repaired, changed or refunded at no cost to the buyer.
Defects caused by negligence, shock, misuse or normal wear and tear will not be covered under warranty.
